What is Samsung Pass If you are using a Samsung phone, you may have come across an application on your phone called (Samsung Pass), but what does this application do, and how can you use it?
The large number of services, sites and applications that we use daily have made it difficult to remember passwords for all sites and services that you use in your smartphone, so many companies have created solutions to facilitate logins.
Samsung’s solution is a free app called (Samsung Pass) that comes built into some of its phones.

Similar to password applications, you can use the (Samsung Pass) application to manage passwords and data saved on your phone.
But it also goes further, as it lets you log into accounts, apps, and websites with authentication via biometric features.
Such as: fingerprint, eye print, or face recognition, as Samsung claims to provide faster, easier and more secure logins.

You can also add personal information such as: your address and card information so that you can use it in making online purchases quickly and easily. Samsung also confirms that biometric data and personal information are only stored in your phone, and not synchronized with other devices.
Samsung also announced that the (Samsung Pass) application relies on Fast Identity Online technology (FIDO) to ensure the achievement of fast authentication processes, and to provide secure and easy-to-use authentication services via biometric features.
However; Not all applications and websites support the biometric authentication system, and for some sites and services you will still need to enter the password in the usual way, and you should also use the Samsung Internet browser instead of Firefox or Google Chrome, for example.
